Whitebox Modeling
Modern Day Office Park Theme
Here, I made a (100m x 200m) office park with a building lobby for a final fight encounter. This example show off more of an organic look of my level design skills. This portion of a level would exist in a sandbox world where the player would rely on shooting, thus the wide open space approach. For this area to stand out better, I had a military unit arrive and garrisoned up the front of the building complete with barbed wire fortified walls, guard towers, and sentry gun protecting the entry to the building.
I envision the player first needing to pay a visit to both the basketball court and the parking lot in order to destroy both generators before gaining access the the lobby area. Once inside the office lobby, the player would need to battle their way to the second floor and gain access to the elevators in order to complete this section of gameplay.
To achieve this, I first built out the basketball court, parking lot and building separately from the rest of the level to make sure I could pay enough attention to spacing for fighting. I added walls for the enemy to hide behind in hopes of drawing the player in for closecorder fighting. I finally combined the main fighting arenas by attaching them to walkways leading them around a good sized pond featuring a gazebo and amphitheater.
Hard Surface Modeling
3D Printing
I have a delta printer that can print 1ft round, by 1ft tall. My CAD program of choice is Autodesk's Fusion 360. Back when fidget spinners were all the rage, I designed this machinist look from scratch.
Motion Graphics
This motion graphic was created in After Effects. After being inspired by what I saw on CNBC, I attempted to replicated what I saw.
MEMED - Seattle 48 Hour Film Project 2017 - AWARD WINNER
For this video I replaced the monitor screens, removed green screen, added graphics, and decapitated a guy. I also did some acting for this movie, known as the internet troll, Blowme_78.
Chair Trip - Seattle 48 Hour Film Project 2016
This was a fun experience, I did the teleporting fx for the chair, adding puffs of colored smoke. I also did some aerial photography work with my DJI Phantom 4 drone which got incorporated into the flying shots. Lastly, I did some acting as a chair enthusiast.
BATTLE: SEATTLE - Seattle 48 Hour Film Project 2011 - FIRST PLACE WINNER
This was my first video working with Aaron Sutherland. We won "Best of City" award (Highest Honor). I did some acting where I got to kill myself off. I also helped out adding in a spaceship, blew up the space needle, and sunk the UFO into Lake Washington.
